Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Verification

For security purposes, some orders—especially Cash on Delivery (COD) orders—may require verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Note: Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

Please Note:

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and selected shipping method.

• Free standard shipping is available on domestic orders above ₹499 (before taxes and after discounts).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after dispatch.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Address changes are only possible before shipment. Contact us immediately at nagaraj@zenvoybags.com if corrections are needed.

6. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailability

• Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges.
Re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as Delivered by the courier, ZENVOY BAGS (OPC) PVT LTD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for assistance.

8. Delivery Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.

• Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery timelines.

9. Pre-Orders & Special Releases

• Pre-order items ship on or after the specified release date.

• Release dates may change due to logistical factors.

• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve inventory.

10. Shipping During Peak Seasons

During festivals, promotions, and sales events, delivery timelines may be extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Terms

COD Availability

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select domestic locations only.

• COD availability depends on courier serviceability at the delivery address.

COD Charges

• A COD service fee (if applicable) may be added at checkout.

• COD charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or cancelled after dispatch.

COD Order Verification

• All COD orders are subject to verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled without prior notice.

Payment at Delivery

• Full payment must be made in cash at the time of delivery.

• Please keep the exact amount ready to avoid delays.

Failed or Refused COD Deliveries

If a COD order is:

• Refused at delivery

• Undelivered due to repeated absence

• Returned due to incorrect address

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel future COD orders from the same customer

• Deduct shipping and handling charges from any eligible refund

COD Returns & Refunds

• COD orders follow our Return & Refund Policy.

• Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

• COD fees and shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

COD Cancellations

• COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

• Cancellation requests after dispatch will be treated as returns.

Right to Restrict COD

ZENVOY BAGS (OPC) PVT LTD reserves the right to disable or limit COD for certain:

• Products

• Locations

• Customers

• High-volume sale periods
